Refund & Return Policy – Parabeauty
We aim for your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may request a return.
1. Return Period
You can return unopened and unused products within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Conditions
Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Used or opened products cannot be returned unless there is a defect.
You must contact us first to initiate a return request.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed after inspecting the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is defective.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد – Parabeauty
نسعى دائمًا لرضاكم التام. إذا لم تكن راضيًا عن مشترياتك، يمكنك طلب الاسترجاع.
1. مدة الاسترجاع
يمكنك إرجاع المنتجات غير المفتوحة وغير المستخدمة خلال 7 أيام من استلام الطلب.
2. الشروط
يجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية مع التغليف الكامل.
لا يمكن إرجاع المنتجات المستخدمة أو المفتوحة إلا في حالة وجود عيب.
يجب التواصل معنا أولاً لبدء عملية الاسترجاع.
3. الاسترداد
يتم إصدار المبلغ المسترجع بعد فحص المنتج المُعاد، ويُعاد إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
4. تكلفة الإرجاع
يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن في حالة الاسترجاع، ما لم يكن المنتج معيبًا.
